Its my failt - I broke our server. 

So there I was, trying to upgrade the hardware of our server and for some reason two of the drives wont spin up. Still not 100% sure why. I take out the remaining drive and plug i into my laptop, what happens? one of the little black things starts to smoke! GREAT! so i've fried one and the other two wont spin up :( awesome! So...if we're lucky then we've lost the fileserver. if we're not then we've lost the webserver and the OS and the app server. I wont know til i manage to get something from somewhere.
